Back up your personal data
M STUDIO is not responsible for personal data lost during software or hardware repair. We recommend backing up your data before service.
Collect your device within 3 months
M STUDIO is no longer responsible for storing devices not collected within three months of the completion notice.
Compensation for damaged parts
If another spare part is unintentionally damaged due to technical requirements during repair, M STUDIO will compensate for the equivalent value of that part.
Agree on repair time and cost
Confirm and accept the repair duration and cost before proceeding.
